As a family business and long-serving community member we’ve survived depressions, recessions and World Wars across our 96 year history. The Covid-19 pandemic now facing us all will be no different, and together we will all persevere.
In light of the current situation, we would like to assure all of our loyal customers and fans across South Africa that it’s business as usual for us. Our roastery remains open with normal trading hours, our coffee can be purchased from retailers across many parts of South Africa, and can still be enjoyed at many fine coffee shops, restaurants and other establishments across the country.
We’ve taken every precaution possible and have aligned our daily operations with the new government regulations, suggestions and general good practices. All of our staff have been trained to implement the recommended preventative precautions such as washing hands, covering coughs and other good hygiene practices. We are also ensuring that all service providers follow suit and align themselves with these good practices.
Hand sanitizers have been provided at all shop counters within our roastery, and we encourage our customers to use them. We have increased the frequency and scope of our internal cleaning routines and are in general doing our utmost to provide as safe an environment as possible for you, and for our team.
