What are single origin coffees?
Because single origin coffees are traceable to a single place, they typically have a distinct flavour based on the growing and processing conditions of that region. Flavours can be heavily influenced by many factors including botanical variety, soil, climate, altitude and shade. Our single origin beans are roasted to highlight the flavours inherent to the bean rather the the roast.

Grown in the rich soil of the Pacaya volcano. Known for its complex citric acidity and rich chocolate after taste.
