What are single origin coffees?
Because single origin coffees are traceable to a single place, they typically have a distinct flavour based on the growing and processing conditions of that region. Flavours can be heavily influenced by many factors including botanical variety, soil, climate, altitude and shade. Our single origin beans are roasted to highlight the flavours inherent to the bean rather the the roast.

A speciality microlot produced from a hybird East Timor and Costa Rica Sarchi. The pronounced sweetness and creamy, soft texture is enhanced by the chocolate and almond after taste.
Pronounced sweetness, soft creamy mouth feel with a chocolate and almond aftertaste.
Altitude: 1000 to 1600 m
