How to make a Matcha Smoothie

A simple and nutritious breakfast food, made with matcha tea and yogurt.

Recipe:

1/2 cup yogurt

2 tbsp honey or sugar

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 tsp ingredient grade matcha

Method:

Blend ingredient together in an electric blend and pour into a tall glass!
