Which credit cards do we accept?
- American Express
- Diners Club
What information is required?
- Your 16-digit credit card number
- The expiry date
- The CVV number (that’s the last 3 digits on the back of your card)
- Your name exactly as it appears on the front of the card
When will the payment be deducted from your account?
Immediately. That means we can start processing your order straight away.
Please Note: Credit Cards used for the first time on our website together with any large or unusual credit card transactions will need to be validated by the issuing bank or the cardholder before your order can be processed.
Does Masterton’s store my credit card information?
We never store your credit card information and all transactions are managed via the Virtual Card Serves secure terminal.
EFT or Bank Deposit
Shopping online at Masterton’s Coffee is safe and secure. We use market-leading Norton Secured to encrypt payment information and no human will see you details.
If you don’t have a credit card, you can pay by EFT or Bank Deposit. This is a little slower than other payment methods because we’ll need to wait for your payment to reflect in our bank account before we can start processing your order.
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll need to make an EFT or Direct Deposit into our account within five working days.
The Masterton’s Coffee & Tea Specialists PTY LTD bank details are mail on order completion.
As soon as we receive your payment, we’ll start processing your order.
Please remember: It’s important that we receive your payment within five working days to avoid canceling your order automatically.
