Cupping Notes: Good acidity, pleasant caramel flavour. Good body and a pleasant finish.

This organically grown Arabica comes from a plantation in the region of San Pedro Sula, which is in the Northwest corner of Honduras. It’s a mountainous area with extremely fertile soil which is known for its excellent coffee. We find that with our Central American coffees the volcanic soils in the coffee growing regions play a large role in developing the bean’s character, with good acidity being expected from these coffees. This plantation is a family run affair, with them having been farming coffee in Honduras for about 40 years.
