The red espresso range of superfood latte mixes are made from real plant-based ingredients. Our latte mixes are vegan-friendly (when made with dairy alternatives) and all ingredients are non-GMO, naturally caffeine-free, gluten-free, preservative-free and where possible, organic certified.

HOW TO MAKE A MATCHA LATTE IN YOUR CAFÉ

• 1 teaspoon (6g) Matcha Latte Mix
• 30ml hot water
• 220ml,  steamed milk/dairy alternative
• Add 6g (one teaspoon) to a 250ml (8oz.) cup
• Add 30ml hot water and mix well to combine the Matcha
• Top up with freshly steamed milk or your dairy alternative of choice
• Alternatively, pour 250ml milk (or your preferred dairy alternative) into a milk jug, add 6g Matcha Latte Mix and steam together to blend the ingredient

HOW TO MAKE A MATCHA LATTE AT HOME

• ,  Heat milk or your preferred dairy alternative in a small saucepan over medium heat,  until just simmering
• ,  Add the 5g Matcha Latte Mix,  to a blender
• ,  Pour the heated milk (or your dairy alternative) into the blender
• ,  Blend together until smooth
