Depending on what method you’re using to brew your coffee:
We recommend that you store your coffee in an airtight plastic container in a cool, dark and dry place. Ensure that your container does not have any residual substances or odours from anything that was stored in it previously. We don’t advise storing your coffee in the fridge or freezer. Coffee is porous and will absorb the flavours and odours around it.
We suggest that you drink your coffee within two weeks of the roast (ship) date to ensure you will have the best drinking experience possible. We roast to order daily.
Sorry, we only sell roasted coffee.
All coffee at Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists is roasted daily to ensure that you receive only the freshest coffee possible. So please allow for up to 3 business days for your order to be roasted and dispatched, although it’s usually quicker!
DELIVERY COST & TIME ESTIMATES
Products purchased from www.mastertonscoffee.co.za would be delivered within the following estimated timelines:
· Local Delivery (Port Elizabeth only) - (R 55.00)
(Please allow for up to 4 business days for delivery)
· Nationwide delivery to your door - (R 155.00)
(Please allow for up to 6 business days for delivery)
· Pargo Pickup Points - Delivery to your chosen Pargo Point (R 95.00)
(Please allow for up to 6 business days for delivery)
· Collection from the Mastertons Roastery at 92 Main Road, Walmer, Port Elizabeth - No Delivery fee.
(Please allow for up to 3 business days for collection, we will email you when your order is ready)
Delivery costs stated above are automatically added to your order in our online store at the end of the Check-Out process and is determined by the delivery method selected while checking out (be it Collection, Pargo or Door-to-Door).
Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd, hereafter referred to as Mastertons cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the day, so please ensure that there will be someone available to receive your order at the specified delivery address should the courier delivery option have been selected.
The courier company used will not contact you to arrange a delivery time. If there is no one present at the specified premises to receive your order delivery may not take place that day and additional charges may be incurred by the User.
Deliveries by courier will only be affected between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00 Mondays to Fridays. No courier deliveries will take place over weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times refer to business days and exclude weekends that may fall within that time period.

Payment is easy with the user-friendly Online Shop. Simply choose between using your Credit Card, Debit Card, Instant EFT with Payfast, or doing a bank transfer (EFT) into our account through your internet banking. If none of these options are possible, please contact us via customer support and we will do our best to assist you.

Should you wish to pay via EFT please select the EFT Bank Transfer option on the Checkout Page. Simply make your payment directly into our bank account and use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared into our account.
Courier door to door
Once you have placed your order and payment has been made, we will send you an email with the tracking number from the courier company. Once dispatched, you can track the shipping progress via their websites or give them a call to find out where your parcel is. This contact number will be included in the email.
Pargo
Once you have placed your order and payment has been made, we will send you an email to confirm your order. Once the parcel is on its way, you will receive delivery notifications via email and sms from Pargo.

Unfortunately at this time we don’t ship our coffee internationally.
