Shipping Policy
Products purchased from www.mastertonscoffee.co.za would be delivered within the following estimated timelines:
Delivery costs stated above are automatically added to your order in our online store at the end of the Check-Out process and is determined by the delivery method selected while checking out (be it Collection, Pargo or Door-to-Door). Please note that only online orders with a basket value of over R950 receive FREE DELIVERY!
Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd, hereafter referred to as Mastertons cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the day, so please ensure that there will be someone available to receive your order at the specified delivery address should the courier delivery option have been selected.
The courier company used will not contact you to arrange a delivery time. If there is no one present at the specified premises to receive your order delivery may not take place that day and additional charges may be incurred by the User.
Deliveries by courier will only be affected between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00 Mondays to Fridays. No courier deliveries will take place over weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times refer to business days and exclude weekends that may fall within that time period.
Pargo
Pargo Deliveries are charged at R95 to any Pargo Point in South Africa.
Pargo is a convenient delivery option that offers deliveries to pick-up points around the country. You can collect your parcels at the Pargo parcel points of your choice, when it suits you best. Pargo parcel points are established in well-known and trusted South African retail stores. All you have to do is collect the parcel, at a time that suits you.
During checkout, you select to use Pargo as your shipping method from the Delivery Options available. Enter a Pargo Pickup Point by using the button provided to find the closest Pargo Pickup Point to you. Enter the name of the closest Pargo Pickup Point to you. e.g., SASOL COMMERCIAL ROAD. Enter your address in the search block, allowing the Pargo point map to focus on points near your location. We recommend using a cellphone number as your telephone number, as Pargo will then be able to send you SMS notifications of your delivery.
When you select between the delivery options it will automatically update the shipping amount on your screen. When Pargo is selected you need to enter the name of the Pargo Point you want your parcel to be delivered to. Once you select a point, it will be stored on the address so in the future, it will automatically be the default point chosen. Your shipping method will also be remembered.
You will receive an SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection. Normally delivery will take 2 days, dependent on the location of your Pargo point. You will need to bring your Green Barcoded ID Document and the Pargo Code, you received in your SMS and/or email notification, in order to collect your parcel. You have up to 14 Days to collect your parcel from your Pargo Point. Please note that many Pargo Points are open 24/7 but please check the opening times of your selected point on the Pargo website., http://pargo.co.za/
If the mass of your order exceeds 15kg we suggest that you make use of our complimentary door to door courier delivery (free for web orders over R950).

Returns / Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our coffee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the coffee product must be unopened and in its original packaging. If you have opened the coffee product, we may not be able to accept a return due to the nature of the product.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at orders@mastertons.co.za with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

We take pride in our range of brewing equipment and stand behind the quality of our chosen suppliers. Some of our Suppliers offer a guarantee on their products against breakage and apparent faults within a certain period (which is fixed from the original date of purchase). Their policy is to exchange the products if it is apparent that a factory fault caused a problem. If an article has been abused, tampered with or used for something other than its intended purpose, the onus is on the suppliers to decide whether it will be replaced.
Mastertons thus cannot exchange a brewing equipment without prior approval from the supplier thereof. However, Mastertons commits to providing customers with personal service and the least personal inconvenience in solving any problem as quickly as possible. Please note that select BREWING EQUIPMENT (Kettles and Tea Pots, Pour Overs, Grinders, Bean to Cup Machines, Stove Top Brewers, Plungers and Turkish Pots, E&OE) is covered by a carry-in-warranty where applicable.
Mastertons will fully or partially refund, or replace or resend in the following situations:
Normal wear and tear is excluded from the guarantee.
In the case of a product being returned due to unsatisfactory circumstances, the product has to be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. The shipping fee would be at the expense of the purchaser.
If you believe your brewing equipment is defective, please bring it to our Walmer Roastery along with your proof of purchase. We will evaluate the equipment and, if the defect is covered by the supplier warranty and in accordance to the warranty timeframe of the specific product, the supplier will repair or replace the equipment at their discretion. We may also choose to offer a refund or credit towards the purchase of new brewing equipment, depending on the circumstances. The warranty does not cover any expenses associated with the transportation of the equipment to or from our Walmer Roastery. It is the responsibility of the customer to transport the equipment to and from our roastery at their own expense.
The cancelation of a purchase has to be confirmed before 3pm on the day of order to ensure that shipping expenses are not included in the return/refund of a product.
The customer will be liable and charged for all order errors as a result of the customer incorrectly specifying requirements, omitting details, supplying incorrect details or selecting an incorrect option if Mastertons incurs any expense as a result.
Export Restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients and delivery addresses only.
E-Commerce & Privacy
The Website, www.mastertonscoffee.co.za, sells coffee, tea and related goods online. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information, postal address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

Responsibility
Mastertons takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 business days and handed over to the nominated courier service for delivery. Mastertons will supply all goods to the nominated courier service in good order.
It is the onus of the purchaser so inspect goods before signing for them. Signing for goods received implies that they were received in good order.
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce store will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs.
Mastertons reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient. Should Mastertons exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
