Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd (hereafter referred to as “The Promoter”) is a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and The Promoter’s registered address is 114 Russell Road, Central, Port Elizabeth, 6000.

The Promoter is launching a promotion named “Win a trip to Hillsnek Safari Camp” and any person who decides to enter the competition (hereafter referred to as “Entrant”) agrees that they have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of this competition as set out below and that these Term and Conditions are binding on the Entrant in their personal capacity.

THE PRIZE:

The prize is a trip for two (2) people to Hillsnek Safari Camp, including and limited to flight costs (should the winner not reside within the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa) to Port Elizabeth, transfer to and from the Port Elizabeth International Airport (if applicable), all meals, select beverages and accommodation.

The prize winner and their travel partner must be available to travel together to the Hillsnek Safari Camp between

1st JULY – 30TH SEPTEMBER 2018

Or

1ST MAY – 30TH SEPTEMBER 2019

Prize will include accommodation, all meals, teas & coffee and game drives. Beverages (excluding alcohol) to be billed separately at a per person rate of R150 per day. Conservation and Community levy of R125 pp per day will be charged. Both beverage and levy tab will be settled by Mastertons Coffee And Tea Specialists on departure.

Should the prize winner be unavailable to take up the prize on the travel dates provided and determined by promoters, the winner and their travel partner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. In such an event the prize will revert to The Promoter.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any other expenses, which the winner and their travel partner may incur because of their acceptance and/or use of the prize whether foreseen or not.
Transports costs to and from the originating airport will not be covered.

Ancillary costs, including but not limited to, additional transport, additional meals outside of those paid by The Promoter, personal and incidental expenses, gratuities, government taxes, management fees or other fees applicable are not the responsibility of The Promoter.

The Promoter will cover the winner and travel partner’s basic travel insurance which includes Medical Cancellation Refund and Domestic Travel Bag Insurance only, the level of cover will be determined at The Promoter’s sole discretion. In the event that the prize winner and/or travel partner wish to increase the level of insurance cover, or add additional insurance, this increase or additional cover will be at the prize winner and/or travel partners sole cost and expense.

The Promoter shall not be responsible for any changes, substitution, withdrawal, cancellation or postponement of any part of the itinerary beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter is not obliged to award any other prizes in the event or aspect of the trip if cancelled, postponed, substituted, withdrawn, changed or unavailable.

RULES OF THE COMPETITION:

Employees of Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd or their family members, Appointed Distribution Agents and their employee’s and employees’ families or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

The competition is being run in the Republic of South Africa only.

Only entries received from current residents of the Republic of South Africa will be valid.

Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are listed below:

Promotional packs will display a sticker with a unique code. One entry will be received for every promotional 250 g Chipembere Coffee blend purchased.

Entrants need to retain the promotional 250g bag of Mastertons Chipembere Rhino Blend containing the unique code and enter this code on the competition form available at www.mastertonscoffee.co.za before the competition’s closing date.

Closing date for entry will be midnight (00:00) of 21 September 2018. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter through the promoter’s Facebook page and website.

The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. There is no cash alternative to the prize and spending money is not included.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The winner will be notified telephonically and by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The prizes winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

INDEMNITY

All participants indemnify Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd as well as all sponsors and agencies involved in this promotion against any damages and/or costs arising from claims by the participant due to participating in the competition and/or utilising the prize.

The prize winner irrevocably undertakes to sign an indemnity form before he / she may enjoy the prize. Should the winner refuse to sign such an indemnity form, he / she will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be appointed.
