Contest Rules & Regulations

• This competition is being run by Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd. and is in no way affiliated with Meta. Users can participate in the contest once per day.
• Employees of Mastertons Coffee and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• ll photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
• By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Mastertons Coffee for advertising purposes.
• This competition is only open to SA residents for delivery to one South African address.
• Three names will be randomly chosen from the list of successful entries for the three prizes.
• First name, last name, a photo including a Mastertons Coffee bag and a correct email address must be included to be entered into the draw.
• The winners will be contacted via email on Thursday, 1 February 2024. Two attempts at contact will be made within 14 days. If no response with the further information required is received by the original winners within 14 days of the second attempt, we reserve the right to redraw and to contact another person, drawn at random, to receive the prize. The original winner will forfeit their right to this prize and no alternative prize will be available or offered.
• The winners must provide Mastertons Coffee with their full name and postal address, for us to correctly deliver the coffee.
• The winner’s first name, last name, and town, for example, Chris Roesstorff from Benoni, may be used across our online and offline channels to publicise the competition winners.

• Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd. accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd. to administer the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
• Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or a cash equivalent, and no entrant may win more than one prize per competition.
• Mastertons Coffee and Tea Specialists (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
