Each slab weighs a minimum of 100g but as our products are all made by hand, there may be some slight imperfections and variation in weight.
Our premium chocolate contains 54.5% cocoa mass blended with Mastertons perfectly roasted Ethiopian coffee and is recommended for anyone who appreciates the finely balanced flavour that the combination of a good quality chocolate and perfectly roasted coffee provide.
Please note that chocolate should be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. , Chocolate which is exposed to large temperature fluctuations will often develop a white discolouration. This is merely an aesthetic problem however and the chocolate remains perfectly safe to consume.
Sjukla is a small local artisanal chocolatier, where chocolate is processed by hand using traditional methods.
The founder of Sjukla, Ela van Coillie, originally hails from West Flanders in Belgium. The name 'Sjukla' is derived from the word 'chocolat' as pronounced in the regional dialect of West Flanders.
