Originally developed by Jock Masterton for Italian First World War officers who settled in Port Elizabeth and longed for a taste of home, Sweet Italian has stood the test of time. It's a harmonious mix of medium and dark roasted beans, expertly blended to deliver rich flavour and strength.
Traditionally brewed in Italian stove-top espresso pots, this blend remains a favourite among coffee lovers who crave depth, intensity, and heritage in every cup.
Please Note:
When using a bean-to-cup machine regularly maintaining/cleaning your machine, burrs and your grinder, will ensure you are able to brew consistent, delicious coffee time and time again.
Coffee oils stick to the teeth of the burrs, especially with dark roast coffees containing more oil than lighter roast coffees. Over time, if left there, the odour and flavour of stale coffee will affect any new coffee you are grinding.
As fine coffee grounds accumulate over time, they may cause blockages, which can, in turn, lead to mechanical problems.? #PerfectDailyGrind
